Dennis Dwulet,CPA - Chief Financial Officer

• Mr. Dwulet joined GMI in 2004 and is responsible for all of the Company’s accounting, finance and financial planning functions.
• From 1998 through 2003, he was the CFO of Longbore, Inc. (a start-up environmental/utility service company) and the Controller for the Westlake Consulting Group
• From 1985 through 1997, Mr. Dwulet held a number of positions of increasing responsibility with Sperry-Sun Drilling Services (now a division of Halliburton), culminating in the position of Vice President/Controller.
• Immediately prior to that, he was Manager of Planning, Reporting and Analysis for Baroid Drilling Fluids.
• He began his oilfield career as Senior Consolidations Accountant for NL Industries, Inc.
• Mr. Dwulet received a BS in 1975 and an MBA in 1979 from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
