The cost of the course includes:

The cost does not include accommodations or transportation. Course attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements.
The cost does not include GST or VAT, where these taxes are appropriate. 

Close of Registration

Registration closes either 3 week before the start of the event or when it reaches its maximum capacity, whichever is earlier

Payment Instructions

Payment is due when your registration is confirmed. Payments must be received within one week or the registration will be canceled. If paying by credit card, please complete and fax the form below. Accepted forms of payment are check (made payable to GeoMechanics International, Inc.), wire transfer or credit card.

Cancellation

Cancellation prior to 3 weeks before the event date will receive 100% refund. Within 3 weeks of the event, we will refund 50% of the fee. After the start of the event, no refund will be given.
