Payment Instructions

The course fee must be received prior to the start date of the course and includes all classroom materials and refreshments. Acceptable methods of payment are by check (made payable to GeoMechanics International, Inc.), credit card, money order or wire transfer.

Confirmation

Cancellation

Please let us know if you must cancel. Cancellation prior to 72 hours before the event date will receive 100% refund. Within 72 hours of the event we will refund 50% of the fee. After the start of the event, no refund will be given.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel and transportation are not included in the course fee. Information regarding accommodations located near the course site will be provided; course attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements.
